Hong Village is among the oldest and largest Apatani settlements in Ziro Valley, offering a close look at traditional wooden houses, granaries and daily life. It showcases the tribe's paddy-cum-pisciculture system, a UNESCO recognised method of growing rice and rearing fish in the same flooded fields without draft animals. Visitors can walk through the village, observe bamboo craft and weaving, and interact respectfully with residents who still follow this centuries old way of life.
