We collect only the minimum data required to enable our travel marketplace services:

  • Identity Data (Name, Email, Phone): Used to verify your identity and facilitate communication.
  • Inquiry Data (Destination, Dates, Budget): Used to match your request with relevant Travel Operators.
  • Technical Data (IP Address, Browser Type): Used for platform security and analytics via Google Analytics.

Purpose Limitation: Your data is processed only to connect you with travel service providers at your request. We do not engage in automated profiling or secondary marketing without explicit opt-in.

2. Consent & Withdrawal

By submitting an inquiry, you provide affirmative, specific, and informed consent for us to process your data.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will stop processing and delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

3. Data Sharing (Intermediary Role)

Yatrigo acts as a Data Fiduciary. We share your inquiry details with curated Travel Operators (independent Data Fiduciaries). We recommend reviewing their individual privacy policies as their data handling is independent of ours.

4. International Transfers

We store data on secure servers. Any transfer of personal data outside India follows Government of India guidelines and utilizes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent protection.

5. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act and GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access & Summary: Obtain a summary of your data and processing activities.
  • Correction & Erasure: Update inaccurate info or request permanent deletion.
  • Nomination: (India) Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in case of death/incapacity.
  • Grievance Redressal: Have your concerns addressed within statutory timelines.

6. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the DPDP Act, our Grievance Officer is:

Process: We acknowledge all grievances within 24 hours with a unique Tracking ID and aim to resolve them within 7–15 days. If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
