Yes. Businesses can request updates to photos, pricing, contact details, amenities, and descriptions at any time.
Does Yatrigo guarantee bookings or leads?
Yatrigo supports discovery and visibility but does not guarantee a fixed number of bookings or leads. Outcomes depend on pricing, availability, destination demand, seasonality, and user preferences. In most cases, users are redirected to a third-party booking platform or the business's own website where the booking is completed.
Who handles cancellations and refunds?
Cancellations and refunds are handled by the platform or service provider where the booking and payment is completed. If booked through a third-party partner, their refund policy applies. If booked directly with the business, the business's own cancellation policy applies.
Can a business request removal of a listing?
Yes. If a business requests removal or if a listing is found to be spam, factually incorrect, misleading, or not verifiable, Yatrigo may remove or disable the listing to maintain platform quality.
