Overbury's Folly is a seaside cliff park less than a kilometre from central Thalassery, named after E. N. Overbury, a local judge who began a picnic spot here in 1879. The unfinished cliff works gave the place its name, and it later grew into a public park with a watchtower and open-air coffee shop. Locals and travelers use it for evening sea views and sunsets above the harbour edge. It sits near the Municipal Stadium under the Thalassery Heritage Tourism Circuit.
