Port Blair is the Andaman capital — most people visit Cellular Jail, then take ferries to Havelock (Swaraj) or Neil for beaches and scuba/snorkelling. Seas can be rough in monsoon; ferry timings decide your whole plan. Good place to try seafood and island hopping.
