About Manebhanjan

Set amidst the rolling hills of North Bengal, Manebhanjan is a small yet enchanting hill town that marks the beginning of the scenic Sandakphu trail. The village, resting on the Indo-Nepal border, is blessed with breathtaking views of snow-clad peaks and an atmosphere of complete calm. Its heritage Land Rovers, still in service since the 1960s, take visitors through rugged, mist-covered roads to the top of Sandakphu, offering one of the most thrilling rides in the Himalayas. Life here moves at a gentle pace, monks chanting in nearby monasteries, prayer flags fluttering in the breeze, and the scent of pine in the air. Manebhanjan is not just a trekking base but a soulful Himalayan retreat that connects travelers deeply with nature.
