About Mandu
Overview
Mandu is a Malwa plateau heritage town in Madhya Pradesh, known for Afghan-era palaces, mosques, and wide cliff views over the Narmada valley. Jahaz Mahal, Hindola Mahal, and Roopmati’s Pavilion anchor most visits, with quiet lanes between the fort walls. It pairs well with Indore or Maheshwar on a short Malwa circuit.
