The Deo Tibba Base Camp Trek is a moderate-level 5-day trek that takes adventurers through some of the most scenic landscapes in the Kullu Valley. The trek begins with a drive from Manali to Jagatsukh and leads through picturesque villages, dense forests of deodar and pine, alpine meadows, and glacial moraines to reach the base of Deo Tibba, which stands at 6,001 meters. Deo Tibba, meaning Divine Peak in the local language, is the second-highest peak in the Pir Panjal range. The trek offers stunning views of surrounding peaks including Indrasan, Hanuman Tibba, and the Bara Bangal and Dhauladhar ranges. Trekkers can experience the rich biodiversity of the region, including various species of birds and mountain flora. The trek is best undertaken from May to October when the weather is favorable.
