Rawat Misthan Bhandar has been a Jaipur institution for over 55 years, run from its flagship outlet on Station Road, Sindhi Camp, opposite Polo Victory Cinema. It is best known for pyaaz kachori and mawa kachori, a sweet pastry filled with mawa and dry fruits, invented here by its founder. The menu also covers ghewar, dal baati churma, and mirchi vada. The original branch stays busy through the day, and the brand now runs several other outlets across the city.
