Krem Mawmluh Cave

The fourth longest cave in India, formed by five rivers, located near a cement factory southwest of Cherrapunji.

Krem Mawmluh Cave ranks as the fourth longest cave in India, running over 4.5 kilometres with five distinct river passages carved through the limestone. Unlike Mawsmai, this cave remains largely unmodified for tourism, with no lighting or walkways installed. The entrance sits near the base of Lum Lawbah hill, close to a cement factory a few kilometres from town. Exploring it typically requires wading through water and is better suited to visitors comfortable with a more physically demanding, guided outing.
