Soochipara Falls

Soochipara Falls, also known as Sentinel Rock Waterfall, drops in three tiers near Vellarimala and ranks among Wayanad's most visited natural spots. A short trek through forest leads to the base, where a natural pool allows for swimming under supervision during safe conditions. The surrounding montane and evergreen forest adds to the scenic appeal, though the falls are prone to closure during heavy monsoon rain when the rocks become dangerously slippery.
