Gagan Mahal is the ruined Adil Shahi audience pavilion inside the fort zone, built for public and private darbar functions. Three large arches open toward what was once the ceremonial front, and the upper storey still hints at the palace scale of Bijapur's court. It is a quick stop that adds royal architecture between the tombs and the cannon. Pair it with Malik-e-Maidan on the same fort circuit.
