Bhadra Maruti Hanuman Mandir in Khuldabad houses one of only three temples in India where Hanuman is depicted lying in a reclining posture rather than standing. Located roughly five kilometers from Verul, the temple draws large crowds during Hanuman Jayanti and Ram Navami, when celebrations fill the surrounding streets. Its unusual iconography makes it a distinctive stop for visitors already touring the Grishneshwar and Ellora circuit nearby.
