Ram Bhandar in Thatheri Bazar is one of Varanasi's classic breakfast stops, known for kachori-sabzi and jalebi since the late 1800s. Locals queue early for plates with potato and chana sabzi. It is the clearest named breakfast landmark for travellers who want Banarasi morning food before the ghats get busy. Go between about 7:30 and 11am; later hours are limited or closed.
