Deena Chaat Bhandar

Deena Chaat Bhandar began in the late 1960s as a small mobile khomcha run by Deena Nath Kesari in Luxa Bazaar, selling tamatar chaat, tikki dahi and kachori dahi to evening crowds. Now run by his grandson, it has grown into one of Varanasi's most recognised chaat destinations, drawing locals, pilgrims and food lovers alike. The tamatar chaat remains the standout order, its gravy recipe a closely guarded family secret shared only with a few celebrity chefs. Palak patta chaat and chura matar are also popular picks here.
