Blue Lassi Shop has served creamy lassi from the same narrow lane near Manikarnika Ghat since the 1950s, started by Pannalal Yadav and still run by the founding family. Named for its blue walls, the shop offers close to a hundred lassi variations, from plain and mango to banana, coconut and pomegranate, all whipped fresh and served in earthen pots. Its walls are covered with photos and notes left by travellers from around the world. Plain lassi remains the shop's original claim to fame.
