Paragon serves Malabar and Kerala food, and the Malabar biryani is the main order. Other regular picks are fish mango curry, karimeen pollichathu, Chicken 65, and Kerala parotta with appam. Elaneer payasam is the usual dessert. The dining hall fills up quickly, and waits of fifteen minutes or more are common at busy times. It suits family dinners where you want a full Kerala spread and do not mind queuing for a table.
