Suraj Water Park

Suraj Water Park occupies eleven acres on Ghodbunder Road, roughly eight kilometers from Thane railway station, and has collected multiple Limca Book of Records entries since 2006. A 103 foot fiberglass cave greets visitors at the entrance, followed by slides and pools built around Indian mythology themes, including a Shiva statue with the Ganga flowing from his hair. Wave pools, a lazy river, and a nightly rain dance with DJ round out the attractions, alongside a small museum of antique locks and keys.
