Kattale Basadi

Kattale Basadi is the biggest basadi within the Chandragiri cluster, standing beside the smaller Parshwanatha Basadi. It is dedicated to Rishabhanatha, the first Tirthankara, and its scale contrasts with the modest Chandragupta Basadi nearby. The size difference across Chandragiri's temples, from Kattale's grand hall to Chandragupta's three small cells, illustrates centuries of varying royal patronage.
