City Hut Family Dhaba is a large family restaurant that serves North Indian, Chinese and Khasi dishes under one roof. The Badshahi Tandoori Chicken is the signature order, with biryani, momos, Manchow soup and thick lassi close behind. The dining hall has brick walls and wood finishes, and a fireplace in the waiting area keeps winter queues comfortable. It does not serve alcohol. Tables fill up at lunch and dinner, so arrive early or expect a wait.
