Gira Falls is a popular day outing from Saputara, reached by a short drive toward the Waghai side of the Dangs. The falls are at their best after the monsoon, when forest cover is green and water volume is high. In peak dry months the cascade can thin, so check recent traveler notes if you are visiting late winter or summer. Wear shoes with grip on wet rock near the viewing areas.
