Temi Tea Garden was established in 1969 by the Sikkim government and remains the state's sole tea estate, spreading across roughly 177 hectares on the gentle slopes of Tendong Hill. The organically grown tea has built an international reputation for its aromatic flavor. Visitors can walk through the manicured plantation rows, join guided tours of the processing factory, and sample fresh brews on site. The surrounding forest and neatly trimmed rows make it a popular stop for photography, roughly 35 minutes from Ravangla by road.
