Upat Golf Course, also called the Ranikhet or Kalika Golf Course, is a nine-hole layout set among deodar and pine about 5 to 6 km from Ranikhet. The Indian Army maintains the course, and visitors can usually walk the edge or play a round subject to army permission and a small entry fee. Himalayan peaks show beyond the trees on clear days. Combine it with Kalika Temple next door if you stay in Ranikhet.
