The Zero Stone, or zero mile marker, stands near the General Post Office on Sadhu Vaswani Road in the Camp area. Set up in the British period, it was the reference point from which road distances to and from Pune were measured. It is a modest stone rather than a monument, so most people see it on the way to the GPO, the Sadhu Vaswani Mission and Darshan Museum, or the Camp markets.
