The Tribal Cultural Museum, run by the Tribal Research and Training Institute of the Maharashtra government, documents the life of the state's tribal communities, especially those of the Sahyadri and the Satpura ranges. Galleries show masks, musical instruments, ornaments, weapons, hunting and fishing tools, household objects and photographs of festivals and rituals. It is small and rarely crowded, so an hour is enough.
