MG Road, Mahatma Gandhi Road, is the main street of the Pune Cantonment, known to everyone as Camp. It mixes old family run shops selling shoes, clothes and books with newer brand stores, and Fashion Street's stalls run along one stretch. Food is a big part of a visit: Marz-o-rin has served sandwiches and cold coffee here since 1965, and Kayani Bakery, Dorabjee & Sons and several Irani cafes are on the streets nearby. Walk it in the evening, when the shops are lit up and the street is at its busiest.
