Joshi's Museum of Miniature Railways

Privately run model railway museum in Kothrud, with a large working layout of a miniature town that runs through day and night in a short show.

Joshi's Museum of Miniature Railways was created by Bhau Joshi and his family and is one of the few museums of its kind in India. The main attraction is a large working model of a town and its railway, with trains, stations, bridges, roads and buildings, which runs through a full day and night cycle with changing lights during each show. Display cases show model locomotives and rolling stock from India and abroad. Shows are short and run at set times, and children especially enjoy it.
