Tibetan Market sits just outside the Government Botanical Garden and is a convenient stop for winter clothing, handicrafts, and souvenirs. Sweaters, shawls, caps, and gloves are the main draw, sold at largely fixed prices with little room for bargaining. Nearby stalls also sell chocolates, tea, and spices, making it easy to combine with a Botanical Garden visit.
