Charbhuja Temple

A revered four-armed Vishnu temple on the outskirts of Nathdwara, believed to be one of Vishnu's four Dhams.

Charbhuja Temple on the outskirts of Nathdwara, adjacent to a Bor Rajput fort, enshrines a four-armed image of Lord Vishnu from which the temple takes its name. Devotees regard the deity as one of Vishnu's four principal Dhams in the region, alongside Shrinathji, Dwarkadheesh and Mathura. The temple's interior carries intricate mirror work and detailed carved panels, and the annual Annakuta festival following Diwali is celebrated here with exceptional fervour. It is a natural complement to the Shrinathji darshan for devotees of the Vallabh sampraday.
