Sadhana Chulivarchi Misal is Nashik's best-known misal joint, cooking its rassa over a traditional wood-fired chulha for a smoky, layered flavour. Each plate comes with crunchy farsan, a jumbo pav, a large papad, curd and extra tarri so you can set the heat yourself. The village-style setting has cot seating, bullock cart rides and play areas for kids. Finish with jaggery jalebi and buttermilk. Weekends get crowded, so weekday mornings are easier.
