Shree Ram Mandir on Katrak Road in Wadala is a temple of the Goud Saraswat Brahmin community, managed by followers of Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math. The presiding deities are Lord Ram with Lakshman and Sita. The complex also has a Navgrah mantap, a Vasuki mantap, an idol of Balaji and a Ganesh mantap with the four Yuga Ganpati.

The site began as a building for the GSB community, opened in 1955 by Shrimad Sudheendra Teerth Swamiji of Kashi Math. The idols of Shree Ram, Lakshman and Sitadevi were consecrated on 7 February 1965, and the temple was inaugurated by Shrimad Dwarkanath Teerth Shripad Vader Swamiji. An older Hanuman temple stands across the road, facing it.

Ram Navami is the main festival. It runs for nine days from Gudi Padwa, with round the clock chanting of the taraka mantra "Shri Ram Jaya Ram Jaya Jaya Ram", a cradle ceremony for the infant Ram and a chariot procession from the temple to Dadar TT. These celebrations have earned the temple the name Maharashtrachi Ayodhya.

Since 1955 the G.S.B. Sarvajanik Ganeshotsava Samiti has celebrated Ganeshotsav at Dwarakanath Bhavan in the temple complex. The festival runs from Ganesh Chaturthi to Anant Chaturdashi, with poojas and sevas performed according to Vedic rites.
