Kharanja Fall

Kharanja Fall is a scenic waterfall located in the forested hills near Vindhyachal in Mirzapur district, Uttar Pradesh. The falls are formed by a seasonal stream tumbling over rocky outcrops in the Vindhya range and are surrounded by thick jungle. During the monsoon and post-monsoon months, the falls flow vigorously and the surrounding forest turns a vivid green. The falls are a popular picnic and nature destination for residents of Mirzapur and Varanasi, offering a refreshing natural retreat in the otherwise dry Vindhyan landscape.
