Edupayala Vana Durga Bhavani Temple sits at Nagasanpalli in Papannapet mandal, where seven rivulets of the Manjira river meet, giving the site its name, meaning seven streams. The temple honors Vana Durga Bhavani, a form of Goddess Durga, and holds deep significance for pilgrims across Telangana. Every year during Navaratri, the Edupayala Jathara draws enormous crowds, ranking as the second largest fair in the region after the Medaram Jathara. The riverside setting draws pilgrims and visitors throughout the year.
