Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary covers a large stretch of Aravalli forest that wraps around the fort hills. Jeep safaris from Kelwara and other gates are the usual way to explore tracks where leopards, wolves, sloth bears, and many deer and birds live. Winter mornings are best for cooler drives and clearer sightings. Safari tickets do not include fort entry, so plan both separately if you want the full day.
