Kaziranga National Park

Kaziranga National Park stretches along the Brahmaputra floodplains and holds the world's largest population of the one horned rhinoceros, alongside tigers, wild elephants, and swamp deer. Bokakhat serves as the administrative headquarters for the park's Kohora and Agaratoli ranges, making it the natural base for jeep and elephant safaris into the reserve. Grasslands, wetlands, and riverine forest create one of India's most significant biodiversity hotspots.
