Nana Rao Park

Nana Rao Park (Phool Bagh) in Kanpur is a large public park and historic garden in the Civil Lines area, named after Nana Saheb Peshwa, a leader of the 1857 revolt who was based in Kanpur. The park is also known as Phool Bagh (Flower Garden) and was developed during the British era as a public recreation ground. The park features the Kanpur Museum, the Victoria Memorial Hall, and a statue of Nana Rao. The park is an important heritage site recalling both the colonial era and the 1857 independence struggle, and it serves as a popular green space for Kanpur residents.
