Stone mosque on Jumeirah Beach Road, open to non Muslim visitors on guided cultural visits.

Jumeirah Mosque opened in 1979 and is one of the most photographed mosques in Dubai, built of pale stone with twin minarets and a central dome. It is one of the few mosques in the city open to non Muslim guests.

Visits run as part of the Open Doors, Open Minds programme. The official site lists guided visits Saturday to Thursday at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, with registration opening 30 minutes before; there are no visits on Friday. No advance booking is needed for public visits. Admission is listed at AED 55 per person, including light Emirati refreshments in the majlis before the talk.

Modest clothing is requested, and women should bring a head cover, although abayas and scarves are available. Guides welcome questions about Islam and Emirati life. Schedules can change during Ramadan and holidays, so check jumeirahmosque.ae before you go.
