Dolma Aunty Momos

Dolma Aunty Momos started in Lajpat Nagar in 1994, well before momos became a citywide craze, and is widely credited with introducing many Delhi residents to the dish. The stall serves steamed momos in three main varieties, vegetable, chicken, and paneer, each paired with a distinctive chilli garlic chutney made fresh every morning. The vegetable filling combines grated carrot, cauliflower, and onion, while the chicken version uses a simple minced filling that lets the chutney carry most of the flavour. Over three decades the shop has expanded into a small chain, with another well known branch in Majnu ka Tilla. It remains one of the most recognised names in Delhi's momo culture.
