Kati Ghati is a corridor carved entirely from a single rock face, rising roughly 230 feet and forming the traditional dividing line between the Bundelkhand and Malwa regions. Though it carries little surface ornamentation, the sheer scale of cutting such a passage through solid stone makes it one of Chanderi's more striking engineering feats. The gateway has also taken on a modern role as the venue for the annual Chanderi festival, which combines textile heritage with adventure activities like zip lining.
