Radha Madhab Temple

A 1737 ekaratna style Krishna temple, quieter than Bishnupur''s terracotta showpieces but rich in devotional Malla era history.

Radha Madhab Temple dates to around 1737 and forms part of Bishnupur's dense concentration of Krishna temples built under Malla patronage. Constructed in laterite stone, it follows the ekaratna single tower form common to temples of its period. While it draws fewer visitors than the town's terracotta showpieces, it remains a meaningful stop for travelers tracing the fuller arc of Bishnupur's religious architecture beyond the handful of headline temples.
