Cafe Buransh serves fresh cafe food and Himachali-style drinks, with chicken thukpa, buransh iced tea, lemon soda and a wide coffee menu among the regular orders. Its rooftop looks over the paragliding landing site, so you can eat while paragliders land around you, though it can get windy up top. It is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, which makes it a good stop any time of day.
