Billing is the take-off site for Bir Billing paragliding, sitting roughly 14 to 17 km by road above Bir at about 2,400 metres. Pilots and tandem passengers launch from this open ridge with wide views of the Kangra valley and Dhauladhar range. Jeeps run from Bir in the morning flying window, and flights usually land at the Bir Chaugan field below.
