Adivasi Bamboo Chicken is on Paderu Road in Kantabamsuguda and is open every day from 9 AM to 10 PM. The chicken is stuffed into bamboo tubes and roasted over wood or coal flames, locally called Bongulo chicken, without oil or water. Portions are generous enough to share among a group, and it works best as a one-time try of the local specialty.
