Binsar Zero Point is a forest viewpoint about 30 to 33 km from Almora, reached by a 1.5 to 2.5 km walk from the Binsar Forest Rest House. On a clear day the arc includes Nanda Devi, Trishul, Nanda Kot, and Panchachuli. Entry to the sanctuary is required, and the walk is gentle through oak and rhododendron. Stay in Almora and start early for the best chance of an open sky.
