Avees Puttu House is a Kerala restaurant in Alappuzha, set in the Kuttanad countryside with views of backwaters and paddy fields. It is best known for soft puttu served in bamboo, including beef puttu, along with idiyappam, duck roast, karimeen and parotta. The place is clean and spacious, with a lift to the first floor and an organic vegetable farm on site. It works well for a Kerala breakfast or a relaxed meal.
