Ram Navami

Ram Navami is a major Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Rama, the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
Observed on the ninth day (Navami) of Chaitra Navratri, usually in March–April, the festival symbolizes dharma (righteousness), truth, and ideal living.
Devotees mark the day with prayers, fasting, bhajans, and readings of the Ramayana. Temples are decorated, and special processions and kirtans are organized in many regions.
