Festival of Lights is the Diwali bazaar run by Dastkar, the Delhi-based nonprofit that has worked with traditional craftspeople since 1981. The 2026 edition runs from 22 October to 3 November at the Nature Bazaar venue on Anuvrat Marg at Andheria Modh, near Chhatarpur, and is part of Dastkar's 2026 to 2027 Nature Bazaar calendar, organised with Delhi Tourism.

Craftspeople and producer groups from many states sell directly from their stalls, so you buy from the makers themselves. Expect hand-painted diyas and lamps, block printed and handwoven textiles, pottery, metalware, jewellery, festive decorations and gift items, along with regional food stalls.

The bazaar is usually open daily from 11 am to 8 pm. Dastkar charges a small entry fee at its Nature Bazaar events (₹50 at its September 2026 bazaar), and parking is available at the venue. Chhatarpur and Qutab Minar stations on the Yellow Line are the nearest metro stops; from either, it is a short auto rickshaw ride along Anuvrat Marg.

Weekends are the busiest; weekday afternoons are quieter for browsing and talking to the artisans.
